
Breakfast: Scrambled egg, cherry tomato and sliced cucumber sprinkled with garlic salt. Lunch: Rice, onions and mushrooms, sauteed in Mandarin sauce, bowled in a cabbage leaf, sprinkled with chopped red bell pepper.
Dinner: Teriyaki chicken over a bed or sliced red cabbage and slivered yellow zucchini
1. All vegetables eaten raw, with the exception of onions
2. Protein is never eaten with carbohydrate.
